Greek Mythology- Charon Spirits

A set of five alcoholic spirits based on the five rivers of the Underworld according to Greek Mythology. The brand name is Charon Spirits, as Charon is the ferryman a soul paid to go to the Underworld. Each drink tells the story of that river around the bottle with typographic aids. The overall concept uses the boat Charon takes his customers on and so a jetty scene is used, the cork symbolically tieing up the boat (the label) before the journey (drinking) begins. The point of sale is shown here holding the drinks.

ISTD. 10 Things You Should Know About Science:

A type competition project in which I created a sample series of booklets, each about a single scientist who has played a significant role within science. The booklets revolve around a timeline which branches off into each scientist’s consertina piece. Each starts at the date that scientist was born and the timeline continues throughout with 10 sections until it comes to the date in which that person died. The line changes for each scientist, for example, Darwin’s timeline ‘evolves’ into the letterform that begins that section and continues.

RSA Stamps

A series of six stamps designed to highlight concerns of the energy crisis throughout the world. Illustrative graphs show three rises and three declines in areas affected or concerned with how energy is used today to hopefully prompt thought toward using renewable/alternative energy sources.
